Many MMCA members took a bus out to the old 1690’s Maxwell – McIntire Garrison in Scotland District along the York River. There was a brief presentation on the history of the garrison building followed by tours of the building and the nearby family cemetery. The day ended with the singing of the McIntire March and the distribution of “Coo” and Scottish Flag cupcakes.
